Fresh Food Mart

I’ve been shopping at this grocery store since I was a small kid going to Crown Palace for Sunday dinners. Their store layout and offerings have remained the same for the past 20 years. I love shopping here for authentic Asian flavors and their affordable fresh produce, seafood, and meats. If ShopRite doesn’t have it, this place likely does!

Recently got to the area and am impressed and happy to have found this place. The selection of Asian groceries was fantastic. I found a wide variety of fresh produce, including unique Asian vegetables and fruits. The quality of the produce and other products was excellent. Everything looked fresh and well-maintained. You can see employees prepping and bagging/wrapping fresh produce. The meat and seafood counters were well-stocked. There was also a traditional chinese BBQ counter with things like Char Siu and crispy roasted pork which was a great and welcomed suprise to me. The aisles were filled with a good range of spices, sauces, noodles, and other pantry staples from different asian cultures that I stocked up on. Atmosphere: You can tell the store was a little older and gives your traditional Asian supermarket vibes but it is clean, well-organized, and reminds me of my childhood stores. I found the prices to be very competitive.

Nice little local Chinese grocery store. Conveniently located for quick shopping. Not as big as other bigger stores but still stocked with many staples. The staff is friendly too. If you need or crave some Asian food items or vegetables, it might have something in store for you.

I was visiting a friend in the area and I decided to stop by since I needed some groceries. The store itself is a bit older but it was tidy and clean. I was surprised that they have a really wide selection of items. Their prices were also pretty good too; lots of stuff were cheaper than the Asian supermarkets closer to me. Their Chinese bbq was also really good. I got some roast pork and duck and it was really good, on the better end of Chinese bbq that I’ve had. The staff here were really friendly too and they helped me find something I was looking for. I’ll definitely stop by again if I’m in the area!

Small place but the freshest vegetables in NJ. The bbq meat guy is super nice and always willing to help. Always feel welcome here , would recommend

Only Asian grocery store in the Jersey Shore area - it is small and limited selection, but better than nothing at all if youre along the shore and looking for Asian groceries.
